At Solvenarixona S.A.S. (hereinafter, “Solvenarixona”, “we”) we process your personal data responsibly and in accordance with Argentine Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326 and the complementary regulations issued by the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP).
1. Data controller
The data controller is Solvenarixona S.A.S., Tax ID (CUIT) 30-71864029-2, with registered office at Av. Corrientes 880, floor 12, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina. For any enquiries you can write to contacto@solvenarixona.com.
2. Data we collect
We collect the data you voluntarily provide when completing our subscription form (name and email), as well as technical browsing data (IP address, device type, browser) and usage data obtained through cookies and similar technologies, in accordance with your consent.
3. Purposes of the processing
We use your data to: manage your newsletter subscription, inform you about new real estate crowdlending projects, improve the site and our services, comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud.
4. Legal basis
The processing is based on your express consent (articles 5 and 6 of Law No. 25,326), on the performance of the contractual relationship and on compliance with legal obligations applicable to crowdfunding platforms.
5. Data retention
We retain your data while your subscription remains active or there is an ongoing legitimate purpose, and afterwards for the applicable legal periods, up to a maximum of 10 years when required by tax or financial regulations.
6. Recipients
Your data may be processed by contracted service providers (hosting, analytics, email delivery) acting as data processors under contract. We do not sell your personal data.
7. International transfers
Where we use providers outside Argentina, we will only do so to countries offering an adequate level of protection or we will adopt contractual safeguards in accordance with AAIP Disposition No. 60/2016.
8. Your rights
You may exercise the rights of access, rectification, update, deletion and objection over your data by writing to contacto@solvenarixona.com. You may also file a claim with the AAIP, the supervisory authority in Argentina.
9. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration, including encryption in transit and access controls.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy. We will publish the current version on this page indicating the date of the last modification.
