These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the website solvenarixona.com (the “Site”), owned by Solvenarixona S.A.S., Tax ID (CUIT) 30-71864029-2, with registered office at Av. Corrientes 880, floor 12, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
1. Acceptance
Access to the Site implies the full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision, you must refrain from using the Site.
2. Nature of the service
Solvenarixona offers information about real estate crowdlending in Argentina and the possibility to subscribe to an informational newsletter. The information on the Site is provided for educational and informational purposes and does not constitute financial, tax or legal advice.
3. Registration and subscription
To subscribe to the newsletter you must provide truthful and up-to-date data (name and email) and be over 18 years of age in accordance with Argentine law.
4. Intellectual property
The contents of the Site, including texts, graphics, logos, photographs, code and design, are owned by Solvenarixona or used under licence, and are protected by Argentine intellectual property laws (Law No. 11,723).
5. User conduct
You undertake to use the Site in accordance with the law, morality, good customs and public order, refraining from conduct that may damage the image, interests or rights of Solvenarixona or third parties.
6. Limitation of liability
Investments in real estate projects involve risks, including the possibility of partial or total loss of capital. Past returns do not guarantee future returns. Solvenarixona will not be liable for investment decisions you make based on the information on the Site.
7. Modifications
We may modify these Terms at any time. The current version will be published on the Site with the date of its update.
8. Data protection
The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, in accordance with Law No. 25,326.
9. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute shall be submitted to the Ordinary Courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, with express waiver of any other forum or jurisdiction.
